Stock Items: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Custom Cut Items: Wall quotes & decals are considered custom items as they are produced specifically at the time of order to your color specifications. These items may be eligible for return as long as they were not personalized, however they are subject to a 25% stock restocking fee. To qualify for a return they must be in the original condition with the transfer tape & backing intact.
Personalized & Embroidered items: Personalized and embroidered items are not returnable unless due to a manufacturing defect.
Limited / Special Edition: Due the the limited nature of these items, they are final sale and therefore not eligible for a return. This includes but is not limited to Ju-Ju-Be Limited Editions, and Collaborations including Tokidoki, World of Warcraft and any future designs.
Warehouse Sale & Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please check the description carefully as these items might be incomplete, previous returns or are otherwise imperfect.
FREE SHIPPING: If your ordered qualified for free shipping and you return part or all of it, the original costs incurred to ship the product to you will be deducted from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer. If we made an error in your order (our error percentage is pretty low, however we are human), we will provide you a pre-paid return mailing label from the address we shipped it to. If you use a freight forwarder or send the products on to a different location, you will be responsible for shipping charges from the location you forwarded the package too. We may, at our discretion, credit you the shipping charges we would have paid for the item to be returned to us.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please allow 5-7 days from the day we receive your return back in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items not received in that condition may be rejected, or subject to a restocking fee if we elect to accept the return.
All points earned for your order will be deducted, or if they have been used the amount used would be deducted from the refund.
Shipping charges are not refunded. If you received free shipping, the actual costs incurred to send the products to you will be deducted from the refund.
