FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our Royalty Rewards program is our way of showing our loyal customers our appreciation. You will earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

How do I open an account?

Opening a Rewards account is automatic when you first create an account at DramaDecor.com Then all your orders are automatically added to your account each time you make a purchase! Please remember to use the same email address for all your purchases as we cannot merge accounts.

Earning points

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including sharing on social media, referring friends and making purchases. Please note that clearance or final sale items do not earn gems due to the high level of discounting.  This also includes site wide sales.

Can I get points on past orders?

Our system tracks points by your email address. Please make sure you are logged in and have an account set up, and you are using the same email address. We CANNOT merge accounts or move points placed on another email account.

Can you combine accounts?

Unfortunately, we are not able to combine/merge accounts or add orders to your account after they are placed. Please make sure you are logged into your account and are using the same email address as your account.

Can I let friends use my account to place their orders so that I get the gems?

Rewards are intended to be accrued only by the account owner on purchases made by the account owner. We reserve the right to cancel any order or account that circumvents the intended use of the rewards account.

I redeemed my points and changed my mind. Can you give my points back?

No, we are not able to reverse the points.

Can I only use part of my voucher?

No, the vouchers are discount codes, you must use it all during one purchase, or you lose the balance.

Help! I forgot to apply my voucher to my order.

We are unable to apply the voucher to your order after it is placed. It will still be active for you to use next time.

How does the tiers work?

If you are in the ruby tier you get 1 gem per dollar spent. Once your reach the emerald tier, which is the next order after you hit that amount you then get 2 gems per dollar spent in product and then it goes up to three.  To reach the diamond tier you would have 1000 gems for ruby, then earn another 1500 gems to reach diamond.  That would be $750 dollars in product at the emerald tier level if you didn't get gems in other ways)

How does the Refer a Friend work?

To qualify for referral points, the referred friend's order must:

1) Be above the minimum order value threshold of $35 (after any discounts or coupons)
2) Be that customer's first order (new accounts are not considered a new order)
3) Be placed within 24 hours of following the referral link

The referred friend must be new to Drama Decor and they must have not been registered for more than 24h before placing the order.  The system tracks this very exactly and we are not able to override the referral system.

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Do layaways earn points?

Yes and no, layaways are a manual process after the initial deposit has been made. So points are earned on the initial amount, however the balance does not earn points.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you are signed into your account, click on the pink Royalty icon in the lower left corner.That will give you choices on how to redeem.You can select how many points you want to redeem in increments of $5 dollars

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No there is not, the more you earn the higher you go, and the more you earn!

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Also, for social follows you must be a new follower (the system will not reward if you were already a follower) and the account email address must be the same.

Can I use my points during checkout?

No, you need to redeem your points for a code prior to your order, then you would put that code in the coupon box during checkout.


Do my gems expire?

Gems expire 12 months from the date of your last order. We are not able to reinstate your gems if they expire.

Why is my royalty account closed?

We reserve the right to cancel any order or account(s) that circumvents the intended use of the rewards account or uses multiple accounts or orders to circumvent maximum order quantities.  We sometimes limit the maximum purchase quantity of popular or hard to find items so more people can get the chance to purchase them.  Placing another order or using separate accounts to do so is a violation of our rules and as such we may revoke the royalty program points and status.
